Speak Now got very old very quick...and it's apparent by the lack of longevity of the album's singles at this point that the American public generally agrees.
Taylor's era has been a huge disappointment singles-wise. Her label completely wasted the sure-fire smash that is Haunted. All that momentum from her Fearless era wasted.

Fearless is the reason she was able to see those sales. But unlike Fearless she doesn't really have THAT hit from this era that resonates like LS or YBWM. Hell, I'd even say Fifteen (which I can't stand, btw ) is more memorable than all of the singles she's released this era.

I wish that Speak Now could have been released in the Spring.
Taylor just went under-the-radar after her 1 million first week. But it's impressive that she has sold 3.3 million (?) after that week. Just proves that she is a selling force and with a big hit, she can do even better.
Still don't know why Speak Now wasn't released as a single. At least that's pretty catchy.
More like wrong single choices, cheap videos and terrible timing. Her label doesn't give a rat's ass about her singles since the album went 3x platinum and BTD underperformed (it peaked top 10 but it still underperformed when it was officially released).
Her album sold a lot because of Fearless. And she hasn't had a hit yet. All her singles were a moderate hit. Maybe her buzz and momentum is wearing off. LS and YBWM performed really really well on charts. She needs that to go back to the game.
