not an expert but I think you need to be born with it. Demi might be able to do something like a whistle with her falsetto but I don't think she's capable of a proper whistle. again, I'm not one of the experts so idk

The E6 note. Some people think it's whistle, some else think it's just head voice. And you can listen to the 2:11 part in You're My Only Shorty carefully. It's hard to determine that note in vocal background is whistle or not. Even she can do those notes in studio, singing them live is a different story

Mariah can't do a lot of notes live (not talking about the whistles) and she is like the best vocalist of all time...

I'm actually fine with the hair color, and I'm fine with the bangs too since I loved them in camp rock, but I just don't like the combination of the two
