I feel like it was very cookie-cutter (for Nicki, obviously not rap music in general lol) and they were so hesitant because they knew Nicki was trying to provide an immediate antidote.

Not really. It's stayed relatively stable on iTunes + is smashing Rhythmic, got a **** ton of Urban adds, and does for Pop adds next week.

It didn't hurt it at all. It's doing better than most of her previous singles in it's first 2 weeks.
