Not really, remember that Berric is the one that brought her back, passing his own life to her with a kiss. The way Jon is brought back to live is exactly the same way Thoros resurrected Dondarrion.

Catelyn is supposed to be Lady Stonhart and if I remember from what I read in the books, she has a small army gathered up. I would be really surprised if they didn't cover that story line this season.

We are also still missing the story line of Dany's Targaryen nephew who conquered the Storm Lands with Jon Connington at the end of the fifth book. Another important story line that I'm shocked hasn't been covered yet.

Something tells me Stoneheart is finally coming this season, Brienne and Jaime are about to be at the point in the story where they face her and her storyline actually begins, the Freys are coming back too, it's all shaping up for her.

I think they dropped both of those storylines.

Yeah D&D confirmed it a while ago, but each year fans still hold out hope that the new season will finally include it

The only person I recall commenting on the character being dropped that season was one of the writers, the one that also said Sansa's storyline last year was one of the best of the entire series.

So let's not, and even that doesn't mean the character won't be on the show in the future, they only said it made no sense to bring her back then when there was literally nothing for her to do, all Stoneheart does until she meets with Brienne and Podrick in the Riverlands is slay random Lannisters and Freys and gather her Brotherhood without Banners army to storm the Twins.

Oops sorry, I just reread the article I thought they confirmed and they just basically danced around the subject without saying anything. I'm still not going to get my hopes up because I don't want to be disappointed, but jfc would I be slayed so hard if the character showed up.

Jon and Sansa will be dealing with the North.

LSH's storyline as of right now, is in the Riverlands. And we don't know where her character is going so to say it'd be 'just a few episodes' would be silly, she could show up in the final episodes and be heavily featured the last two seasons.

LSH is not needed for the story to go on, they just need someone with the same motives as her which many characters will have. The Blackfish will most likely kill a lot of Freys and Lannisters and the BwB will most likely take on the role of causing Brienne's conflict with Jamie due her sword, especially if the Hound is with them, he would recognize it again as he did at the end of season 4
