There is nothing wrong with him taking his time. If you're done with him for that reason then idk what to tell you. Like I said, I would rather have a coherent album than a rushed one just because people want him to.

I don't know how a former fan can be done with him when this man has been out since the early '90s with numerous hits and platinum selling albums. In time he was going to get tired and move on to to other things. He doesn't have to prove anything anymore. He just need to put out his last album and make it good then move on. Artists like him, JT, Britney, Jay Z etc have been out forever and already had their time.

I agree. He doesn't need to prove himself anymore. We all knew eventually he would have other interests and decide to stop making music.
He's been recording in London a lot, I wonder what sound and theme he is going for.

He is still interested in music. Most fans are mad at him because he acted unprofessional. He announced the UR Experience Tour , released 2 songs with 2 videos and had a hit song like "I Don't Mind," he also released pointless Believe Me, All Falls Down, Still Got It, Clueless and what happened? Nothing, he just stopped. Usher is way too long in this business, he must handle things like this better.
I'm sure no one would be that mad if he just said something like: "Team Usher my album is due 2016" or give us something special like Beyonce did. I remember that Beyonce fans were also mad at her, but in the end she made a really smart move.

I thought All Falls Down and Still Got It leaked? I really liked Clueless and Believe Me but I don't know why he released those two songs. IDM doesn't have a video, if he actually promoted that song it would have gone top 10. The era was a mess, so I hope he actually puts a lot more effort into promoting his work next time.

LFM album promo was a mess and we all thought he would do better with the next album but this seems worse..lol.
I just hope he is serious this time, but Im not holding my breath for that. I will just keep replaying his available albums

Yeah his last couple of eras have been a mess, which sucks because people have been overlooking his post Confessions work. They think Confessions is his last good album but L4M was really good.

This era was a horrid mess. I'm not done with him, I'm just tired of the era.
Like really, all of this released songs, tour, and features yet still you can't release an album? I mean he's Usher, not Keyshia Cole or Bow Wow. He shouldn't be having this much trouble getting an album out. Honestly if he doesn't feel like doing music, just wrap up everything you've done with this era and restart when you do feel like doing music. 'Cause if you don't feel like making music, we're just gonna get a messy thrown together album. & that, on top of a messy era would be.

I think resetting the era is exactly what hes gonna do, I dont think we're getting another single this year. Maybe as a featuring artist like Dont Look Down, but no solo singles.

Yeah it's obvious that he will start from 0 again. Usher still has the power to get a easy hit album, he just needs to play his cards right and give 100%. I hope he will record a album, which has a story, which is memorable and not a album, which is full mixed with different music genre, because people don't support albums like this expect you're a female artist.

I think that is exactly what he is doing. He is starting over and the songs he did release probably wont be on his album.

His voice sounds so good on those 'cold' electronic beats like Lesson For The Lovers, I Care For U and Climax. I really want him to do more of these type of songs but i doubt hell ever do it again

That's basically what I want too, but I doubt he'd go there again as you said. I'm kind of getting restless to hear that Miracles song!

Yeah is voice sounds great on anything but I think people really liked it when he did electro R&B. I really enjoyed it, it's too bad he won't try it more often.

I do think he is re recording the album and scraped a lot of the funk sounding Good kisser/SCTGITY songs and is now recording more electronic hip hop Believe Me / I dont mind / New Flame / Body Language type of beats cause they work for the charts and I think he is into that music cause he invited people like Chris Brown, August Alsina and Kid Ink to his tour.
But on the other hand when there is music playing in the background of his IG videos its mostly an old soul / jazz song.
I dont know what to expect, but i am very excited. Im just gonna wait, thats all we can do.

Why cant people just let confessions be what it is and just move on 
Even if he did a full r&b album, confessions style it would not be as big, it might even flop. People are not here for that sound anymore and mainstrean radio wont support it.
