Gaga is great, but she needs to get her ideas together. When she's sitting down at a piano she's very good, but when she tries to throw concepts, consumes, dancing, and vocals all in one she just fails as of late.

Yes, I actually think Madonna's performances are better than her performing because every single detail is well put together + she has more thematic cohesiveness than basically anyone in the business. However, she does have crazy stage presence, good dancing skills and at least used to have an acceptable voice. She can entertain like no other.
Beyoncé and Pink have actual raw talent and can always rely on that.
Gaga is messy. Not only her performing, her performances also - which is sad because she does have the potential to be great, like she was on the Swine Fest. She either throws too much into it or does some horrible choreographies or rely on stupid gimmicks.
