It's what I deduced from your post. You basically said you prefer an artist that doesn't release music and (hence) doesn't flop, over an artist who releases music that flops.
Actually she's in hiding because that video game company is trying to take all her money since Beylbo is not a trustworthy businesswoman. That's why she cut her hair and started taking male hormones which is why she currently looks like the Grinch with a bob.
Why is Beyowulf taking male hormones? Is it the "King" complex she has?
Listen to CHVRCHES! Same top tier quality of pop, very different sound though. Both are critically acclaimed pretty equally.
I listened to a few CHVRCHES songs and I thought they were alright, kind of boring, but I never actually got into them. I'll try them out for real later.
