There are heaps of objects. Apparently the Sims 3 had around 650 objects in the base game, and The Sims 4 has over 1000.
Recolours are great, had no problem matching furniture (the furniture looks amazing, no dodgy textures like The Sims 3).
However, there needs to be more options for wall and floors. There's just not enough.
Heaps of garden stuff though. And the detail you can have on your houses is incredible.
