Break Free is not going to flop Ariana has grown so much from last era, she is following the Rihanna pattern (SOS also had huge first week sales). She will become a media star soon enough.
It's like these Disney/Nick girls ALWAYS have successful singles leading to the album -- then once the album drops the eras are done.
Selena didn't even bother with another single after 'Slow Down', 'Adore You' flopped, and 'Neon Lights' and 'Really Don't Care' living off 69cent discounts.
I find it a bit surprising how local these girls are in spite of the benefit of launching from a platform with the kind of global reach Disney has.
Its because Demi/Selena/Zendaya are generic fails, with no "it" factor...Miley almost did it, but she took it way to the extreme, and ended up turning a lot of people off.
I think Ariana may have something going, but she has to get away from that goofy kiddy show she is on.
And Break Free is going to be a moderate hit at best. It's going to hurt her in the long run. I can guarantee you that the critics will say that the song doesn't fit on the album.
