You do realize that that map could mean anything, right?
a light blue section like 101, 102, 103 could mean there is only 1 seat left in the entire section, right? You do know that? So it wouldn't be surprising that Gaga actually sold out her show since lots of people go to the show without tickets and buy them there
A blue section like 117and 116 means that in these sections, there are more tickets left than in light blue sections, right?
There were probably less than 300 tickets left when you took that , if not less, like

No,
1,500 tickets were available two days ago. I counted yesterday, at the end of the afternoon, there were more than
1,2k, but the sections at the back disapeared within seconds, I don't why

So, there were more than +/- 1k tickets left for sure because they added new bunches of tickets in the day. But there were more than 300 tickets left, it's sure...
Live Nation and Billboard will probably report the show has sold-out, like all the Gaga shows tbh, but we'll compare with other boxscores to see if it was really sold-out or no. The capacity of the Philips Arena for end-stage concerts is 14k (14,5k when the demand i really high and tickets have been added behinf the stage), we'll see.
