The future still doesn't look so bright though. Not only did the Oscars not did her any sales boost, with her singles/albums still not charting anywhere important and C2C is barely top 30/40.

She will either put out another trash pop album like DEVIANTARTPOP disaster or go away from pop and become an acclaimed maybe, but boring jazz/opera/musical singer, probably not a very successful one because she isn't pretty enough and her voice isn't amazing enough to really push them sales. Most monsters will jump ship eventually.

Plus now that RatGa is belting out there is even more chance she will pull an ADELEPHENT and strain her voice, especially with her smoking weed (respect for that though) and snuggling coke from country to country in her crooked nostrils.

The future is brighter than it was after the ARTPOP fiasco. She has salvaged her image somewhat and more people will be interested in her new pop music. Of course she could easily flop again, but it won't be because of the release going by unnoticed.
