The song will approach over 400M total streams (Video+Audio+Spotify) by the end of the year, especially if NM4 will be released this year because all of her videos get major boosts during eras. Considering it only went Top 30 in one country and it peaked at #21 on the Hot 100, it's not hard to believe that 250M of AEOY's total streams come from the US. It's going to be certified (or at least eligible) for 3x Platinum by the end of the year.

Some countries stream and don't even have charts, it's really not guaranteed that 250M of those streams are from the US. Streaming numbers are usually more global than sales.
