Its not a matter of averaging the positions...you have to figure how far ahead Usher is in the downloads and not just simply that fact that Flo Rida is right behind him

Usher 73 + 198k + Streams = near... 27.100
FloRida 137 + 118k + Streams = near... 25.500 points

This is not accurate, but, it seems that Usher will be #1.

That's about right. And even if streams are not near they count for like 1% or something. New #1 tonight! BTW does Billboard use Audience impressions for a day or average it for a week?
