First of all, who are you to define what is and isn't art? Can you explain your criteria, because "there is no story behind it" and " human being cannot evolve into an inanimate object, thats just stupid" don't cut it, especially in these post-modern/post post-modern times.
As for "there would be more talk with her evolving into a unicorn than a motorcycle," how does morphing into a unicorn make more sense to you? B/c it's animate (even though it's not real)? I mean, the last time I checked, humans can't really evolve into animate objects either.
Really though, I think she's already proven over the past few days that a LOT of people are talking about her morphing into a motorcycle, including yourself. 
Frankly, I felt a little frustrated by the image at first, too, largely because it wasn't what I had wanted or expected for the album, but I love the image. And if it's the album art, so be it.
But in all honesty, I still kind of think this is an elaborate hoax, especially after the "Special Edition" cover last night.

It's not the fact that ppl can't evolve into inanimate objects, I worded that wrong. It's that they shouldn't evolve into them. It looks cheap and there isn't a story behind it. Whereas if she did with a unicorn, ppl could start talking about why unicorn, is it for your gay fans? Is what why you had a unicorn in BTW video? etc...
And I know about art considering im an artisit and have taken 2 years of art at university. The only meaning I can think about the motorcycle would be its 'badass' reputation and its heavy metal reputation.

She didn't even explain the concept yet, so you can't tell if there's a meaning or not.
