at the bangwagoners pretending like Gaga hasn't turned down the Super Bowl two times already.
You don't need that, you want that, and it's not going to happen because that's not what she's ever going to be focused on ever again. I don't know how many times she has to say this.
Nope, never. Gaga's next era will be very carefully calculated and planned for maximum comeback potential, you can bank on that. Whether it works or not, well, that's not entirely in her hands.

We all know she wants to be huge again just as we do, no matter how much she says she's against it. She loves being #1 just like we do.
lol, she wanted to be huge with ARTPOP or have yall forgotten DJWS' smugness her tweets, etc
with the way she went out of her way to make C2C debut at #1 you know she still wants to fight for the top spot
but will her ego let her do what needs to be done

I think he was asking whether or not she really turned down the halftime slot twice.
Where have you guys been for the past eight months? Her rebelling against the industry, talking about no longer using auto tune, her implication that pop music isn't what makes her happy anymore, her constant talk about not having a "formula". Come on, read between the lines! If you think she is ever going to go back into the studio with "I need to be on top" in mind, you're in for a rude awakening.
WAIT, WERE YOU ASKING ABOUT THE SUPER BOWL THING?

ARTPOP came out in 2013. It's 2014. Time to live in the present.

She just said in her most recent interview that people are hungry for authentic, organic music, and cited Sam Smith's success as an example. Her going natural for the next album is actually on-trend and increases the chances it will be successful. If she wanted to rebel she would make another electronic mess of an album, or a heavy metal album.

I think you're missing my point which is not really your fault because I'm bad at articulating myself in English. What I am saying is that in order to be on top there are certain things you have to do that involve sacrificing what you want as an artist and I don't think she's ever going to do that again. It's different with C2C because she didn't write any of it, it's not as much of a personal and/or artistic statement if that makes sense, but with a self-written pop album, I don't think she's going to go into the studio with Max Martin and Bonnie McKee so she'll be on top. People call it ego, but it's actually called integrity.

I see. Well that may be true for some girls but Gaga is supposed to be talented enough to write hit-worthy songs that are also musically brilliant, like Bad Romance, Poker Face, etc. Even though those are dance songs, she originally wrote them on the piano. So with this album she can presumably write a few hit-worthy songs on the piano and just keep them that way. Hopefully.

Definitely! She proved herself with ARTPOP that she can still write hit songs, but it's all about how it's handled. I just think that a lot of people expect her to go into the studio with hit songwriters and producers and that's what I'm saying is not going to happen. She can definitely have big hit songs on her own. Her own fans just don't believe she can.
