I literally just explained a method for calculating this in a private message and was hoping I could just copy and paste it, but my answer disappeared, so here we do.
Look at the difference between #s 91 & 100. Right now it's 0.0887-0.0830=0.0057. Then multiply this number by 5, and you get 0.0285, which is approximately the range between #s 101 & 200. So #200 is about 0.0285 lower than #100, or about 0.0545.
You would then want to divide 0.0285/100 for the difference between each song, which equals 0.000285. So for each position from #101 down to 200, subtract 0.0003 for 17/20 songs, and 0.0002 for 3/20 songs.
For #s 201-300, divide 0.0285/2, which is 0.01425, and go through the same method. Since the songs get closer together in percentages as you go further down the chart, divide the difference determined between #s 91 & 100 * 5 by one # larger every hundred positions you go down.
It's not perfect, but it's the best method I know for calculating approximations below #100.
