 I haven't forgotten about the poor whites which is why I said many as opposed to just leaving the word out.Most poor whites I've seen don't live in the hood per se although many live in raggedy ass trailers or old, dilapidated houses out in the boondocks.The problem with some poor whites is that many of them often agree with anti-welfare talking points knowing damn well some of them are on government benefits.It's counterintuitive if you ask me.
That being said, the trailer park is different from the ghetto.You don't feel as much pressure to partake in things like Gangs (Drugs,beer, and guns are another story) as you would in the impoverished black neighborhoods simply because they live in a sparsely populated area.
