Ok sure, but PRINCE comparisons? Prince is a genius and the greatest musical innovator of the last 40 years. He can write, perform (on every instrument), produce, and mix a classic song in one evening ("When Doves Cry", for example).

I literally do not care if you judge me for anything, and I am definitely not stupid enough to think that I'm being oppressed in any way by saying what I said nor did I ever allude to that?

I'm sorry you can't have a free-thinking discussion about the media and race without screaming "you're being racist!!!". I literally pointed out that treating minorities like golden children and overlooking their mistakes out of fear of being labelled racist is a form of racism itself, a point which you conveniently forgot to address.

And it's not as if every black person is getting that treatment, only the most visible ones, like Beyonce, who assuage the feeling of white guilt by showing the masses that a black person can be on top of the world. Meanwhile, there is still an unspoken quota system in the industry (why do you think only three -light skinned- black women have reached the Top 10 of the Hot 100 in the last five years?) and actual black female musical prodigies are completely marginalized by the industry and media, which I also pointed out.
