Hey are you trilled about the tour? What are your thoughts, unfiltered. Tbh I am not happy because O.A.R are a rock band and you know rock fans are the worst music snobs ever. When Phillips closes some dates, a good portion O.A.R fans will leave after their band performs. Also I've been reading the O.A.R forum and their hard core fans seem to be disappointed and are freaking mocking Phillips.

I don't like to generalize but people who only listen to rock music is like the worst It may be a stereotype, it probably is, but they act like their musical taste is the only good one and dbgoghgsodjgsjgs

Yeah I totally agree. I listen to Alternative/Rock/Metal for like 80% of the time and tend to know people like that too. And my goodness gracious when they bash pop artists, american idols, etc I try hard not to explode on them

I dislike the fact people would just hate on pop music just because its mainstream/popular Gets on my nerves
Just how like some were skeptical of him opening for John Mayer, he will once again prove to many people that he's worth a listen.
In the end, I think it will help him also because he said his album is a lot more rock than his previous album. I know that's the musical direction he wants to go down, and going on tour with O.A.R. will give him a lot more exposure in rock music.
Also whoever booked this shows, I think made a mistake. Phillip is still growing as a touring artist, he can headline 2-3k venues here in the US with no problem, but apparently in this tour there are some 10k+ venues, a bunch of 6-7k. Isn't that too many?

It all depends on O.A.R.'s touring force tbh. I'm sure some people still remember them?
I'm sure they've done their research before booking the venues.
But yea, I don't expect him to sell out venues but it will still sell great. Lots of people looking forward to the tour on Twitter.

It really does. Love hearing it on radio. First time I heard it while driving and I wasn't expecting it, so I turned the volume up all the way and sang that **** loud with pride
Interscope usually gets some performance slots for the Billboard Music Awards, lets hope Phillip gets one. I don't know though, if you go Interscope twitter page and the Interscope Promotion page, it is all about RIXTON. They are investing too much on that group that perhaps they have been forgetting to give more promo to Phillip.
