I believe we all agree that every song needs radio back up for longevity. The only reason why Body Party stayed in the chart so long was the airplay point, not streaming point or digital sales.
It has been proven through Body Party and I'm Out that Ci has a moderate streaming force, and it helps her sales a lot. I'm Out could've peaked much higher - inside top 30 I believe - if the digital single were released the same time with the music video, and the airplay were higher.

So, if Overdose wants to smash, it will need to build up the airplay before having any kind of mass promotion. I believe we will have to wait till the end of November to have the music video released. At that time, the song should be around top 20 Urban/Rhythmic and maybe top 30 on Pop if Epic spends a little money to support it on radio.
Don't forget about the AMA on Nov 26th. It's a perfect chance to perform. She should perform on that Sunday, and then release the music video right on the next day. The hype from the AMA will help to increase the hype of the music video, and both the hype from the AMA and the mv will interact with each other to boost the sales and airplay of the song
Since Overdose is for Pop, we can expect a bigger boost than what Body Party got from the BET. Overdose could make a great jump on chart the following week, and then decrease a little bit over December.
If Epic is good enough to book her a performance @ the Grammys in the end of January, assumed that her airplay is close to top 10 on Pop at that time (and top 10 Urban/Rhythmic if they really support the song), an amazing performance @ the Grammys (and maybe even a win for Body Party) would definitely push the song to top 10/very close top 10 on Hot 100.
