"Forever and For Always" was the initial frontrunner- and thus the second of only 4 songs to ever occupy the #1 spot- in this rate, receiving 10s from the first 5 participants. This single is vintage Shania Twain in the vein of "You're Still The One." "Forever and For Always" served as the third single from Up!, peaked at #1 on Adult Contemporary, #4 on Country and was nominated for 2 Grammys. The song was inspired by the idea of a young couple growing old together and never falling out of love. The song failed to make the set list of Shania's Vegas residency show, depite being "one of her favorite songs."
