Two possibilities, according to me.
-Ichigo absorbed Kirge's Quincy powers in the jail with his Fullbring, and that's how he got out of the jail, just like Ginjou absorbed Ichigo's Shinigami powers a few chapters ago. That would also explain why he used his Quincy powers only NOW.
-Because you're a HUMAN and a......QUINCY ?
But that wouldn't explain why Ichigo used his quincy powers only now, he could have done it against Aizen or Ginjou or even against Kirge, so I think it's the first theory.
