Well, it's not that big when you combine the sales of "**** You" and "Forget You", but BTW and Cee-Lo are absolutely dominating digital sales right now. The accomplishments of both songs are amazing. "**** You" is doing this well this late into its run, while BTW just will not STOP.

Cee-Lo may actually be ahead of Gaga because there are at least 5 versions of the song + there's the EP which is not eligible for either itunes top songs or albums but still counts for the song on Billboard I believe

Avril took like 2 weeks after the video to go back to the top 10. Britney's video has less than 24 hours and she's almost top 10. No need to worry
