I can access U.S iTunes, but when I update the popularity bars, I either get ones that resemble yesterday's (So either they reverted back or the U.S is doing exactly what they did yesterday, today
) or they disappear altogether.

Kirill , not many can , and the ones that do are outdated . iTunes server crashed today because of Taylor .
