Any raido updates? It's climbing fast now up the iTunes chart so I expect it's doing quite well on radio.
No, its jump on iTunes is most likely due to weekend countdowns, the updates have been fine on radio in the last 7 days after last week's amazing increases

These Are Radio Stations That I Can Personally Confirm That Use An E-Mail System For Request A Will Usually Play Them Soon After You Request The Song! It’s best to title the e-mail “Request” and for the body say “Request 'Blown Away' by Carrie Underwood'” This way you can send just one blast e-mail out. You can do this every 2 hours or so.

The song is already selling well, Gold in a few weeks - once the video is out it'll reach platinum in no time.
Also, the album seems to be rising.. it's back at #32 compared to a few weeks ago when it was in the 60s-50s range, so I'm assuming platinum for the album will be soon seeing she has several performances in August.
