That 'buzz' track had all iTunes banners and was hyped as an Olympic song. It was on tv all the time, on the radio too.Gaga hasn't promoted to song yet, she doesnt have a music video, she didnt have a televised performance. She only tweeted about it and did one radio interview. So if the difference between first week sales are 10-20k its not a big deal considering Katy came from a huge huge era and Gaga from a flop one.
