Not every round. It's one every two rounds.
So if we have a morning and night slight, they can only use it in the mornings or only in the nights (so when the slashers are killing or voters are voting)
They can switch from morning to night if they wish but they have to skip one round. (Like if they saved someone in the morning, they would not be able to save anyone next morning IF they want to save a person from the slashers' clutches at night)
