My ideal order for the top 10.
Can't Get Blue Monday Out of My Head would deserve to win over Better the Devil You Know, but not the original
All the Lovers
Better the Devil You Know
Can't Get You Out of My Head
Come Into My World
Confide in Me
I Believe in You
In Your Eyes
Love at First Sight
On a Night Like This
Slow
I said I would take y'all to the nine averages, so three more songs.
One album is getting punched out. Which one? Aphrodite, Body Language, Rhythm of Love, KM 94 and Light Years are all down to one track.
Wait a minute, let's count - how many singles from Fever are in the Top 10 again?
Can't Get You Out of My Head
In Your Eyes
Love At First Sight
Come Into My World
Four - MESS!!!!!
What kind of Ray of Light in the Immaculate Rate? See, exactly the same thing - Nothing Really Matters got kicked in the early 20s, just like Fever, while Frozen, Ray of Light, TPOG and Drowned World all made their way to the Top 10.
10. I Believe In You
9. On a Night Like This
8. Can't Get You Out of My Head
7. All The Lovers
6. Come Into My World
5. Slow
4. Love at First Sight
3. Confide In Me
2. Better the Devil You Know
1. In Your Eyes
I really should have given CGYOoMH a lower score though.

Only CGYOOMH and LAFS deserved Top 10 I think. The other two should've been kicked a few positions ago, while Chocolate and Breathe should've been inside the Top 10 instead.

That remix would have been another 10 from me.
I'm okay with Better the Devil You Know beating Can't Get You Out of My Head though, two flawless songs.

I agree regarding Breathe. Can't believe it missed out on the top 10, such a great song.

Co-written by Kylie (so did the spoken word bridge), Dan Carey and Emiliana Torrini (Bjork's spiritual little sister) Slow was a lightning rod for fans upon its appearance in late September 2003. I still remember the day it leaked! Fans at Say Hey (her unofficial forum, which used to be BOSS) were up in arms. The older crew were delighted in Kylie slipping her toes back into edgy waters, and the newer fans were a little put off that it wasn't as immediately hooky as the Fever singles. It was immediately critically acclaimed, and gave Kylie her third consecutive Grammy nomination for Best Dance Recording. It was a divisive single, however; it went to the top of the UK charts but slipped to three the next week, unlike the long lasting appeal of the previous albums singles. It's also the last Kylie single to chart on the Hot 100, peaking at number ninety one.
MTV only played it once. At 1:30 AM. I was up. I saw it!
Fun Fact: Cruise Control was planned as the first US single, but Capitol switched to Slow due to all the buzz. Wrong move.
