So she's cancelled all her Jingle Ball shows because she's been put on vocal rest. She said she'd see all of us in 2017. Hopefully she releases MT3, waits to release 2-3 singles than do a big world tour.

What makes me think they're going to quickly move on to the new era is that Meghan told a fan while in Australia that she was going to tour there between January and February 2017, but clearly they won't be doing that, which makes me think that there's only one reason to cancel a tour: finish and release a new album quickly to not lose any momentum.
The smartest thing would have been to release another single, especially KCMD. No one was asking for a video, but they could have made it a radio single to see if it did something before pushing it with a video and promo

As much as I love KCMD, at this point, I'd rather move on. Hopefully I'm A Lady does something, but she needs to quickly move on and bring it HARD.
I trust LA Reid because he's developed some of the biggest artists today (Rihanna, Mariah, JLO, Bieber, Pink...etc), and always helped recover from their lows.

When Epic Records lets an artist go, they really let them go. I'm hoping this is not true about Meghan because she has so much more potential. She needs to release MT3 lead tbh, as they wont push any other TY album track enough for it to become a hit. Rooting for her though.

L.A. Reid always does that with artists that "cause him problems". When Janet was under his wig, he didn't support her because she didn't listen to him.
