Vista was a good operating system. It was a really cool upgrade to Windows XP. If Ciara was an OS she would be Linux: cheap, performs the bare minimum, overshadowed by everything else, massive decline etc.

Chained. Collared. Desperate. Katy tosses the leftover burger she never finished towards her but makes sure it's out of her reach.
