I agree that Legendary Lovers needs to be next. It has the best chorus, and is the most different sounding Katy single on the album besides Dark Horse. The GP is craving different from her. The video needs to be non-humorous, and finally bring the sexy Katy to the table. Her Madonna photoshoot is a step in the right direction.

As for Birthday, if it gets Top 20, that's fine. Still hoping it squeaks out a Top 10 on pop when all is said and done.

I'm still confused why she even released "Birthday". WoA & DR are probably her BEST chances at reaching Top 10 again with singles from PRISM. DR is calming, relaxing vocals (& honestly, Grammy-worthy) while WoA is like NOTHING out there at the moment. We all know she can dance so imagine a WoA video with some amazing choreography!
