Of course, but what one must understand is that poor Black people have one more obstacle than poor Whites do. I am aware that people of all racial/ethnic groups, including Whites, are suffering somewhere, but some groups are suffering because of racism and will have a much harder time rising out of poverty due to racism and have less chances of overcoming their situations due to racism, while some groups are not, will not, and do not.
