I heard a part of Ushers verse and It's great. With Wiz radio friendly Rap It could definitely be a hit.

I think that he just decided that he need to start this era from the beginning (act like Good Kisser, SGTGITY is not a part of the following era). I don't think either IDM would be a good allbum seller...
This means Usher is sure he can deliver something much bigger than IDM and start UR era from the level he should
