What they are not double counting is the sales, streaming, and airplay accumulated in the extra tracking period. They will only use sales/streaming data from 6-9 July for the second chart, and airplay data 8-10 July.
Also, Kworb is grading on a curve so to speak on his Pop Bars when he uses those colors.
