I just looked up his last album and it did 165k in the first week (October 2012, blocked by Red ).

I think 100k (pure sales) is possible. Judging by the track sales, looks like he can do between 130-150k with SEA/TEA.

Its doing the best but not because its overrated. Its just because its his most pop sounding song catered for general mass appeal.
