In what context? "Die Young", from Ke$ha's most recent era, was a GLOBAL hit, "What The Hell" couldn't even crack the Top 10 in the US, and that's from her
last era. Don't even get me started on the mess that is the Avril Lavigne era. I mean, even Warrior outsold Avril Lavigne in first week sales in the US, that's ****ing dismal.
