The Krystal thing is almost certainly true though. She seems genuinely 200% done with idol life, especially in the wake of the drama with Jessica, plus all the **** f(x) has been through because of Sulli. I know people tend to be trolling when they say Red Velvet are f(x)'s replacement but I honestly think that is the case now, especially since they added Yeri to make them a 5-member group. Regardless of whether or not f(x)'s rumoured forthcoming comeback happens, their days as a group are certainly numbered. I mean even Amber referred to the group in the past tense during her EYK interview last month, like..

So do I, so I think it is important for SM to let them kill it this year, so I hope the concert rumours are true. Give them a killer album like usual, confirm a fan club name and give them a concert, that way they've at least achieved what they should have achieved, and if Krystal and Sulli decide to pack it in, f(x) fans can at least be somewhat happy.

The Krystal thing has been building since her breakdown on the reality show with Jessica.
When Sulli left, I think SM forced Krystal to remain in f(x). There were times when Krystal really shouldn't have been on stage, there was one music show performance (on Inkigayo maybe) where she was literally collapsing on stage, and other times where she fainted after the performances.
She's been keeping a low profile in NYC for the past 3 months or so, I honestly think Krystal will leave Korea once she gets out of the idol life. Jessica is already planning to relocate her business to the States and launch Blanc there, and I think Krystal will join her in the US and attend classes or something.
Can I just point out that T-ARA has been Scandal Free for 3 years now? Everyone else's scandals are going to make them slay by comparison again. From nugu to top tier to nation's pariahs to top tier again, who else???!
