As a fan, I don't really think they're being overworked or anything, so it's fine atm.
They've only released 11 songs between those 3 albums and they've been well spaced apart, with short 3 week promotional cycles.
Fantasy even had less than 2 weeks of promotions cause Ravi lost his voice/Leo injured his nose doing sport, so Jellyfish do let them have time off when/if they need it.
