1 team often performs at a time, rather than all of them, so they can be at different places at once.
Members graduate and or can become trainees to enroll.
It's not really about the band members itself, but more so the brand.

Don't only some of them sing the songs for singles/CDs, though? So if a different team is out there performing their single, do they lip-synch or sing it in their voice that differs from the original?
