It's season one and we know a ton about Annalise and her students...each and every character has a cute little story line. I'm guessing you were watching the first few episode where there were ton of gay sex and stop but yeah
They've just revealed Anna Mae's mother.
I was just about to say this. The last ep alone kinda shatters the "lack of character development" argument and especially the Christmas break episode where we see all of the students personal situations.
Cicely Tyson was perfect as Anna's mother. Whew the scene where she sits Annalise between her legs and starts combing through her hair, while she recalls their past, it was perfectly vulnerable and nostalgic. No surprise critics are praising Queen. Come to think of it the guest stars on the show are always amaze.
