I want to get the Nintendo NX however if it still has that horrendous gamepad, and wii remotes and refuse to have a controller that supports 3rd party games I don't know if I can justify buying the NX just for Zelda

The gamepad is an abortion, it's too large and honestly I don't give a **** about having a second screen, I have a television for that . I mean it feels anti-intuitive, I find using it in games horrendous, I remember playing Batman Arkham City and being forced to use it . I say stick to the WiiU Pro controller to help get 3rd parties in, an make the wii remote optional for certain exclusive games and 3rd parties that are willing to work with it.

If Wii had KH I wouldn't bother getting a PS4

Me. But I haven't started it yet since I'm wanting to complete ZTD before moving on a a JRPG which is sure to take up many hours

The gamepad was cute when it wasnt the main focus. I liked having a map on the gamepad when I was playing Pikmin 3 and it was super easy to move characters you weren't using too using it. Much easier than if you had to use a controller for that instead.

But then again Pikmin 3 is the best game of all time so I'm not sure if one game really justifys the gamepad being useful

The gamepad was necessary for Xenoblade Chronicles X. I can't imagine playing that game without it. It's also so convenient to switch screens tbh. I've played many a round of Mario Kart 8 on the gamepad screen when I had to leave my room to pee or walk to the kitchen or whatever.

yeah I just want a regular controller like the Pro or at least the Gamecube controller. I'm tired of gimmicks that end up hurting them in the long run
