The drop is not surprising, it lost the hot songs promo and there are a lot of of pre-order/The Voice songs above it. The timing for cash cash is a bit messy too, I would have waited longed. Hope it will stabilize in the top 20 when the mess is over.
Though, I think they should wait a month or two after Bday is done to release Legendary Lovers. Let people miss her. Then come back with another unique sounding song. I think DH has cursed her forever. No more generic songs for Katy. DH is so damn epic that that's what the GP public expects from her now. Catchy pop songs but with originality.
