It's just the same Villa she always goes and stay at each time at One Sandy Lane in Barbados, they said she bought it too last year but she only rents the Villa whenever she in Barbados. Usually those rumors pop out whenever she about to go to Barbados but she should buy a place over there and just relax there for 8-10months after DWT is over but not buy a $22M Villa There much nicer mansions in Barbados for a lower price.

Ohhhh okay. Yeah she's probably just renting it out again for when tour ends. I hope she stays theres for at least 3 months relaxes and experiments with music (writing, maybe even finding local up and coming artists she could work with, playing instruments)

I think she's definitely making over 90/95 mill. Her whole NA leg was sold out, it wasn't on LOUD. And we all know her European prices are higher. So my guess would be 100- 115mill. I don't want to set the bar too high lol

The house she bought for her mom isn't in Sandy Lanes Hotel. This is the Villa she always rents when she in Barbados.
I think she SHOULD sell the L.A house (with a profit this time) and just go and buy a house in Barbados and rest until Summer 2014 or even Fall (but still make a few occasional slaying visit to NYC in her newly rented duplex condo )

Considering it only has 1date less than LOUD tour and it has more expensive tickets and bigger venues and an actual fully soldout NA leg, I believe DWT will be around $110M-$115M.

I was really bored, lemme research NYC for her. She lurks ATRL she might buy one of these houses Also no those houses are basically like the typical houses in Barbados. That's how there decorated and painted (these one are classier obviously) it would give a true feel of Home.

When I first got to Barbados and saw the typical house design I was like But after staying like a month there I started to love it.
