TLC-F was literally made up by someone on a message board. Pink Punk was in one of Jennie Kim's trainee videos. It's likely if the group were to ever debut that would be the group's name.
I'm doubtful about the 8 member rumor tho. i'm thinking they're down to 4 atm. Lalice, Jennie, Kim Eunbi, and some other girl who's name I can't remember.

It's a true testament to U-Kiss's career that they can announce a comeback, release teasers, and announce and release a pre-release track with no one in here saying a word about it.
Team B were cute and all the rage in the beginning but then they fell flat and were repetitive afterwards and thats when Team A shined and proved to be the better group.
Team B is still great I really hope they debut eventually I don't want them to disband or have members replaced
