PropaGaga,com posted the supposed "leak" and they never post leaks. They must've got permission from Gaga's team to post it, which means it wasn't a leak.

I wonder what the next stage of hype will be. I can't wait until August starts 'cause I feel like that's when Gaga will return to Twitter and start talking.

No, it was Paparazzi.

The video was supposed to premiere on June 4, 2009, in the United Kingdom and Ireland, on Channel 4. However, while touring in Australia, Gaga posted a message on her Twitter account on May 29, 2009 saying "Stop leaking my mother****ing videos", which referred to the video being released without the singer's consent.

I don't think those are herbs, it's a wooden hand with spots on it (who knows why) and the sound you hear is from people setting things up. It looks as if she recorded this while they were getting ready for a video shoot. This hair isn't the same from the picture, so it could've been recorded a couple of days ago while she was shooting.
