Gay media in general is so awful. I hate to say it, but it's a good thing that Sam Smith is becoming a huge name because I can't think of a single famous gay person before him who wasn't of the whole "YAAAASSSSS, GUUUURRRLLLLLLL, YOU KNOW HOW IT IS, FIERCE BETCH" kind. At the very least, we need gays who are not like that to display that we're not all like Frankie Grande or Tyler Oakley.
