People keep mentioning it because it is (one of) her biggest hit(s) and it got a TON of imitations in the form of Black Widow, Blackout, Numb, etc. I'm not sure if Nicki would willingly go along with something like that though because so many people have tried to recreate it and she hasn't really been the type to try to recreate songs (at least that's me speaking from off the top of my head).

Then again, who knows. Maybe she hadn't heard any of those and thinks it is a good idea.
