If Rihanna has radio success with the song it could really open the way for other artists to release slower material to a commerical audience!
But did you forget Wide Awake? It was slower than Diamonds and went #1. And then still Demi would have a hard time pulling off a slow song, even though she's amazing at them. You need to be a settled radio artist if you want to make that work. Even Kelly couldn't do it
Unbroken gets old very fast to me. I prefer rock, pop rock over pop. I only use half of the album. My most played tracks in this era are Unbroken, Skyscraper, Aftershock and Turn Up The Music cover
