IIRC, PokeBank and PokeTransfer are 3DS apps, so I'd say no.

Thank God for that, cuz I'll be able to restart X & Y as many times as I want while saving the favorite Pokemon in storage.

I hate lobster so he ain't sh*t tbh. The Horsea look a like ain't doing it either. I'm choosing King Froakie for my second run of the game. Squirtle will do it's job as my main Water Type.
