Speaking of Out Of Control, yesterday I told my brothers (who I consider the GP. They just listen to whatever on the radio. And they think post-album singles are "new songs") to listen to OOC and they LOVED it and said "why doesn't she release it". They listened to ARTPOP when it was released, but they only liked Applause, Venus, Gypsy, and Aura (the demo of course, they hated the album version).
It would make sense to release PN as tour promo. Wasn't Vanity somewhat officially released as well? Something about free downloads with the purchase of a ticket iirc.
She just needs to tighten up those lyrics and we'll have 16 weeks #1 on lockT if it were 2011.
